Bel Air / Narva Children’s Art Exchange

May 6 – 31 at the exhibit room in the Bel Air Branch of the Harford County Public Library.

This exhibit will display artwork from children from preschool through 12th grade celebrating spring in the sister cities of Bel Air, Maryland and Narva, Estonia.
