Quick Draw Painting Competition for Adults

A two-hour, timed plein air painting competition in downtown Bel Air for painters in two categories: community painters ages 18+ of all experience levels and juried artists of the Harford Plein Air Festival.
Registration is 8:30am, painting is 9am – 11am. Awards are 11:30am.
$20 artists’ entry fee.
