Plein Air Quick Draw Competition

Maryland Center for the Arts invites students 17 and under and community artists 18 and over to paint outdoors in a two-hour timed painting competition in downtown Bel Air on Saturday morning, Sept. 16. Entry free for students; $15 for adults. Cash awards to adults; ribbons to students.
