Join plein air artists throughout downtown Bel Air starting at 6:30 for a Nocturne Paint-Out event! Grab dinner at one of the great downtown restaurants and then stroll to see the works in progress as the artists capture the beauty of Bel Air at dusk. All paintings will be for sale at the public exhibition and gallery sale at the Bel Air Armory on Saturday, September 18th 10am – 5pm along with other works created throughout the Plein Air Festival.
