CANCELLED: A fun evening of big band dancing. Live big band dance music by the Bel Air Community Band Jazz Ensemble. Free light refreshments will be available. Halloween costumes welcome, but not necessary. Sponsored by the Town of Bel Air and the Harford County Cultural Arts Board through the MD State Arts Council. 7 pm – 10 pm. Admission is free.
