ANNUAL KITE FESTIVAL

The Town of Bel Air Kite Festival offers kite flying for kids of all ages along with great music and food for the whole family. Volunteers will be on hand to help kite flying novices. Sponsored by the Town of Bel Air and APGFCU Federal Credit Union. Free kites while supplies last. Due to the limited supply, please only one free kite per child present at the festival.

Event Parking: Free Shuttle Bus Parking for the Bel Air Kite Festival is available at the Bel Air Parking Garage. Limited free parking is available at the Rockfield Park Play Ground & Ball Field lots and the rear lot at John Carroll School (see Kite Festival Parking Map). No parking at Rockfield Manor House lots and no parking at John Carroll School front lot or loop (due to other events).
