10th Annual Harford Plein Air Festival Gallery

Features the work of 30 juried artists from around the U.S. displaying outdoor scenes of Harford County. Friday’s grand opening and awards ceremony with live music and refreshments is also the kickoff of Arts Across Harford. Paintings may be viewed and purchased on Saturday and Sunday, September 14-15.
