After all the 4th of July fun and games conclude, stick around Shamrock Park for the Bel Air 150 Time Capsule Ceremony at 12:30 pm. On display will be historic mementos and commemorative items unearthed from the Bel Air Centennial time capsule, which was buried in Shamrock Park in 1974 and extracted from under the William A. Humbert Amphitheater stage in April 2024.
Enjoy performances by the Bel Air Community Band and TwirlTasTix baton twirlers, along with an appearance by Gina Romero, Miss Bel Air 2024. And become a part of Bel Air history by bringing a small and meaningful item, which will be placed in the next time capsule to be opened during the celebration of Bel Air’s 200th anniversary in 2074.
