Join us as we conclude our celebration of Harford County’s first 250 years and prepare for the next 250. This special event will be held in the “Heart of Harford” at Bel Air’s Reckord Armory and feature a youth musical performance, the unveiling of the Harford 250 Mosaic Rooted in History – Lighting the Way to Tomorrow, a display of the items collected for the Harford 250 Time Capsule, guest speakers, and more. We will end at noon with Bells Across Harford, a county-wide ringing of bells to begin making Harford history now.
